Résumé :	Intended as a main coursbook for undergraduates, Structural Analysis sets out the principles of mechanics and basic concepts.It is primarily concerned with structures in the linear elastic range of behaviour.The use on the computer for linear analysis is also fully explained.In the second edition a chapter on plastic theory of structures has been added, together with sections on the analysis of two pinned arches, the use of instantaneous centres, and the ideas of symmetry and anti-symmetry in moment distribution. Worked examples and problems with solutions are included in each chapter.
