This handbook has been prepared to satisfay a need for information on all aspects of communication system engineering. As is true of many other large systems, it is characteristic of a communication system that each part of it has considerable influence on the other parts. The book is intended for engineers working in communication systels or on equipment that utilizes communication systems. It will also be useful to thoses users of communication systels who need to espress their requirements for service in terms that are understandable to the communication engineer. Finally, the engineering graduate student may fin it useful to broaden his understanding of appleid electronic equipment design. |
