International Congresses on Engineering and Food are the places where,
every 3 or 4 years, Food Process Engineering Experts and all people
interested in Food Engineering convene.
This Congress was organised under the auspices of International Association for Engineering and Food (IAEF). Role of IAEF, which has been founded in 1985, is to ensure the continuity of ICEF Congresses. As of today, IAEF is present in 21 countries. IAEF country delegates promote ICEF in their respective countries. Each congress it the occasion to select the country host of the following Congress: process selection is by vote of the IAEF delegates. |
