The purose of this code is to provide standard procédures and rules for the conduct and reporting of acceptance tests in order to determine: power, thermal efficiency and other performance charachteristics of gas turbine power plants. The code defines standard conditions which shall be used if no other conditions are agreed at the time of purchase. The code also provides methods for correcting results obtained under test conditions to standard or other specified conditions. This code is not intended to provide a basis for the conduct of test work generally aimed at development or resrearch. |
