At the last conference, held in chicago in Oct.1967, it was evident that the electret, that peculiar anomally exhibiting the fascinating phenomenon of net surface charge reversal and growth, was really quite comprehnsible, and a potentially theories were successfully developed, and a start was made on a general theory of non-isothermal transients.
