Résumé : |
The study of the dynamics and control of chemical engineering processes has developed over the past decade into a basic segment of a chemical engineer's education. The cause of this rapid development was the realization that process dynamic analysis and basic process-control theory are very useful parts of the practicing engineer's nag of techniques for solving practical problems. The tools that have made all this possible are analog and digital computers. These devices permit engineers to solve the complex systems of aquations, called mathematical models, that describe real engineering systems |
Note de contenu : |
Au sommaire :
- Mathematical models of chemical engineering systems
- Computer simulation
- Dynamics
- Laplace-domaon dynamics
- Feedback control
- Feedforward control
- Sampled-data systems |
