An up-to-date review of modern techniques used in the study in the study of the structure of clays and their surfaceproperties, this book contains the invited papers presented at the symposium on this subject which was held during the 7th international clay conference.
Nine different techniques have been selected and are presented in this book. Each is the subject of a separate review paper written by authors who are internationally recognized authorities in their fields.
