This book includes a large number of representative problems with complete and detailed solutions, covering the subject matter of a first year cours in college chemistry. Both the colved problems and the supplementary problems for student practice are arranged so as to present a natural development of each topic, and they include a wide range of applications in both pure and applied chemistry. A simplified outline of the principales necessary to understand and to solve the problems is given at the beginning of each chapter. This book is in no way a condensation of orfinary text material, it is intended to be a very comprehensive problem book. |
