Much routine work can done without a detailed knowledge of the dynamical theory istsel;for routinr work can be done chapters 1 to 3 and the exercises should thus be adequat. For a more rogorous background chapters 4 and 5 should be studied. This arrangement follows the two-quarter graduate cours sequence we have taught at berkeley. |
