Résumé : |
The impact of computers upon the instruction of electromechanical energy conversion is perhaps without equal in electrical engineering education. Through the computer solution of simultaneous nonlinear differential equations, the student is able to observe the complete dynamic characteristics of electric machines in all modes of operation. Perhaps this is the most important contribution of the computer to electromechanical energy conversion education. There is a serious attempt to make use of the computer as an educational tool in this text. |
Note de contenu : |
Au sommaire :
- Basic principales for electric machine analysis
- Theory of direct-current machines
- Reference-frame theory
- Theory of symmetrical induction machines
- Theory of synchronous machines
- Operational impedances and time constants of synchronous machines
- Linearized equations of induction and synchronous machines
- Reduced-order equations of induction and synchronous machines ... |
