This book is very much about stepped channels and chutes and contains a wealth of knowledge on these subjects.... The book is well documented and gives the impression of being very thorough.... I was pleased to feel that the author does all he can to assist the reader in coming to grips with the material by showing results in graphical form, adding comments to results and also be giving examples of how to do calculations while in the process of making design. |
