The main aspects of this operation are the unique program of instructions which determines the action of the microprocessor, and the way in which it is attached or interfaced to the system with which it operates.
In this book the author are concerned mainly with the design and arrangement of the interface , and to a lesser extent with programming.The program examples given show how data transfers can be effected,how the state of external devices can be tested and how they can be controlled.Program design and strategy will not be discussed in any detail.Note de contenu :
